Review: I recently visited the Joint Chiropractor after a long hiatus, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk, who was not very pleasant. I don’t know her name, but her attitude left much to be desired.

During my visit, I felt misled regarding the different subscription plans. She consistently provided inaccurate information, stating that I couldn’t cancel my subscription for three months. I later discovered that this wasn’t true. Additionally, I inquired about obtaining a doctor’s excuse to restrict me from standing for long periods, and she told me it wasn’t possible. However, when I asked the doctor directly, he provided it without hesitation.

As for the chiropractic treatment itself, I was disappointed to find that my pain seemed to worsen with each visit. While I understand that improvement takes time, I expected at least some relief rather than feeling more pain than when I started.

Given my experience, I have decided to cancel my subscription and do not plan on returning. I hope they can work on their communication and customer service in the future.

Review: Always such an amazing experience by very experienced chiropractors!!! Front desk is very accommodating and they make feel very welcome every time and that’s why I keep coming back.
