Review: Dr. Michael Gellman is an amazing, highly intelligent person.
I was impressed with the artistic ambience in his office on my first visit and it became clear to me from the beginning Dr. Gellman had a profound understanding of the Body and all the intricacies that shape it’s overall performance.

Review: I had chronic low back pain for thirty years. My low back was always very stiff and painful especially when I was doing a lot of bending and lifting. I had gone to many doctors both here and in Brazil, had injections & physical therapy. None of these treatments helped me. I went to some Chiropractors in Brazil but none of them were able to adjust me.
I found out about Dr Gellman at Peachtree Wellness Chiropractic from a Brazilian friend. When i went to see him he explained that i had something wrong with my facet joints in my lumbar spine. He gave me a very deep adjustment and i felt a huge release in my back. I couldn’t believe how deep this adjustment was. He was able to release the facet joints in my spine and i have had no pain or stiffness in my back since.
Best spine treatment I’ve ever had and I highly recommend Dr Michael Gellman to anyone with back pain. Go see this guy!

Review: Dr. Gellman has been a life saver. I have been dealing with severe chronic pain and numbness/tingling in my back down to my feet since Jan 2022. I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis and in May of 2024 went to top specialist in the world at Mayo Clinic to have him do further diagnosis. After a week of testing, he confirmed diagnosis. Nothing had changed since 2022.

I then went to Alliance Pain and Spine and they asked why I never had an MRI of my lumbar. I didn’t have an answer bc I thought I had every MRI from the brain down through the spine. After having a lumbar MRI, the results showed I had severe compression of my discs from L3-S1. The chiropractor I was going to suggested I try decompression therapy, so I started doing research and found Dr. Gellman.

After reviewing my case, he said he did not think I had Transverse Métis but rather the compression was what was causing the pain and numbness. He said he could help.

And what a help he has been. I have more movement than I have had in 2.5 years, the numbness has gone down as well as the pain. I am so very thankful for him and highly recommend him.

Remember to always be your own advocate because really most people in healthcare do not seem to be nowadays. He is a rare gem who really does care.
