Review: I have been seeing Dr. Patterson at this practice for 4 months now. I have vestibular weakness in my left year that causes vertigo and nausea. In the past, my brain was able to ignore the incorrect signals. But over the past year, my symptoms became uncontrollable, interfering with everyday life. Then I found the GCNC and Dr. Patterson. My symptoms are so much better. We can even see the improvement when my vision is tracked. I am so thankful.

Review: Found this practice through a referral from our local chiropractor. After months of seeking help for my daughter’s post concussion syndrome, we feel very confident that the doctors here can treat her successfully. The doctors have listened to her and understand how she feels and after 2 visits we feel optimistic about the treatment. Highly recommend.

Review: I was referred to GCNC for concussion and nerve treatment after a car accident last year, where I worked with Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Wright. Both physicians were instrumental in my recovery and in helping me return to my active lifestyle. After each visit, I walked away understanding how I was progressing and what to expect in my next visit. I highly recommend both physicians as part of your personal injury team!
After getting cleared for my treatment, I continued to see Dr. Wright because his treatments made me a stronger runner. His functional treatment has helped my body recover more efficiently by targeting parts of my leg to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. Dr. Wright’s treatment has kept me on the pavement, putting in more miles stronger than ever. His meticulous attention to detail and concern for my well-being have improved my overall health. If you’re a runner of any kind and have discomfort after running long miles, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Wright and the GCNC team!

Review: I knew on my very first visit to Georgia Chiropractic Neurology Center that I was at the RIGHT PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!
I had my first experience with Vertigo in October of 2021. I thought I was having a stroke – just laying down, watching tv on the sofa, and all of a sudden a whirlwind of dizziness and nausea overcame me. My husband knew right away that it was Vertigo (because he had had it before). My doctor told me it was vertigo and requested an MRI just to rule out other things. He told me to do the Epley Procedure to help with the dizziness. This did not help !
Next I went to an ENT . He told me I had Vertigo and it could take up to 6 months or more for my head to get back to normal.
My thoughts were: How is this going to get back to normal without some kind of help ? I mean, clearly my head does not know where normal is . The vertigo did NOT go away on its own.
Next, I went to a Physical Therapist who works with people who are dealing with Vertigo. At my first appointment, she did the Epley Procedure 4 times and sent me home. I was so dizzy and nauseous, I went home and spent the rest of the day in tears in my bed. I could not understand why my husband’s vertigo had gone away, but mine would not.
Days, weeks, and months followed with dizziness , spinning , and frequent nausea: Going to the grocery store made me dizzy, driving made me dizzy, turning my head, laying down, shifting my eyes, watching tv, walking for exercise …….. just everything . It was affecting every single thing I tried to do.
At the 1 year mark, I was so depressed and fed up, I sat down at my computer one day and I Googled ‘Vertigo help in Atlanta, GA’.
GCNC came up and I called them to make an appointment.
When I met with Dr. Campbell, she read the information I filled out, looked at my MRI, sat me on a physical therapy table and had me lay down on my back. She put her hands behind my neck and pressed on both sides, and the Vertigo was instant and really bad. I couldn’t believe that she just made it appear so severely just like the first time it happened.
She sat me up and told me there are several different types of vertigo and that I had 2 issues going on: Positional Nystagmus and Cervical Ocular Reflex that were causing the Vertigo. It was all concentrated in my neck.
I was completely blown away by her knowledge and explanation of my condition. I was so overwhelmed, I cried ! I could not believe she knew exactly what was happening and could help me! She came up with a plan and the plan WORKED !
I cannot express how much Dr. Campbell and Dr. Owens have helped me. It has been an incredible experience to be around doctors that know how to treat such a maddening condition. Now I am back to doing all the things I love to do and grateful for the treatment I received by these amazing doctors !
