Name: Stephanie Deal Rating: 2 Review: I have been getting massages here since Jan 2020 and used Vanessa exclusively as my masseuse. She was amazing and I was very happy with their services UNTIL 3 months ago when Vanessa left the practice. I tried 3 different other massage therapists and honestly, each of them was lousy! One of the therapists even gave me my massage while she was sitting in a chair “wheeling” around me doing a half-way job. Simply unacceptable. The next Monday, I called to cancel my massage membership and while giving the receptionist my information I realized that I had been double charged the previous month. The very nice receptionist told me the bookkeeper would call me. She never did, however, Dr. Brown called me to find out why I had cancelled my membership. I was very polite and gave her honest feedback about the therapists I had used (after Vanessa left) and Dr. Brown made excuse after excuse and then tried to belittle me but I stood my ground. I also told her that I had been double-charged and the bookkeeper had never returned my call(s) nor had I gotten my refund. I had to call 2 more times before I finally received my refund. Very disappointing and I honestly cannot recommend this office if you are looking for a good massage. 🙁 Date: 4 years ago
Name: Phillip Patterson Rating: 5 Review: Dr. Deborah Robertson and the ladies on her staff are super! I began adjustments in March 2018 and already noting improvement with my health issue. Dr. Robertson discussed with me at the onset what her targeted regimen was for assisting getting me stronger…believe me, these adjustments and therapy are making a real difference for me. All of the ladies that assist in the office are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! Name: Dwayne Fryer Rating: 4 Review: I give Family Healthcare Clinic in Lawrenceville, GA 4 Stars. When I first entered the clinic I could hardly walk from being in severe pain in my lower back. In my first session with Dr. Robertson, not only was I able to walk but the pain had decreased tremendously. In just my third session I felt no pain at all and was walking normally. It made me feel comfortable knowing she knew exactly what to do and created a plan not only to heal my back but my entire body. I digest food better, I walk without pain, and most important due to her treatments, I sleep throughout the night now without awakening several times during the night. I will continue to support and see Dr. Robertson and her clinic to ensure I maintain a healthy spine, nervous system, and body Thank you so much Dr. Robertson to you and your staff. Date: 7 years ago

Name: Chrissy Burley Rating: 1 Review: I was genuinely so excited for my first chiropractor appointment this morning, as I have been experiencing back pain for a week and was looking forward to the relief I am searching for. However, the doctor came in and told me I needed an X-ray (side note: I was never told I would need an X-ray until this moment, otherwise I would have been prepared financially) and explained the price would be $195 I said I wasn’t prepared to pay that today, I’d need to reschedule. She said ok and when I went to check out charged me $83 saying I was paying 40% of the office visit(also my co-pay is $29 for chiropractors visits, up to 40 per year) I was already embarrassed enough that I had to decline the X-rays and thus the visit, I paid without complaint and walked to my car and cried. All they did was ask me a very few questions and take my blood pressure and charged me $83!!!!…It’s also worth mentioning that the girls who work there were very sweet and so kind, I honestly liked them a lot. I even got ok vibes from the doctor but was appalled I was charged so much for absolutely nothing. If they’d told me before I walked back to the room where she took my blood pressure, surely they couldn’t have charged me then but really…I felt honestly super cheated and saddened that I had such shattered expectations and results.
