Review: Not professional, money hungry office!
My advice to you is ask them clearly upfront the cost of the treatment before they start it. From my experience after seeing over 10 chiropractors, the average competitor charges only a fraction of what her office charge for the same level of service provided.

We found the office because our insurance website listed her as an in-network provider. And I chose her because Dr. Brown has a few 5 star reviews on Google. I think it is not representative of what it is.

We called and provided our insurance information 1 week before the appointment and was confirmed that dr. Brown takes our insurance.

Detail? I visited the office in mid June. I waited around 1 hour of (from waiting room, to 2 treatment rooms), and she spent around 15 minutes with me including collecting my concern and adjustment. As I checked out, I was told that since the insurance staff was not in the office to verify my co-pay, I needed to pay $275 for the day visit, and they would reimburse me when they summitted the claim to my insurance (which was never informed to me before the adjustment). It has been a month and they have not yet sent any claim to insurance for payment of the visit (but they were very eager to schedule me another adjustment session, and I declined because of the uncertainty of the cost). I called the office 3 times and always was told that insurance staff was not there and would call me back, but they never did. I still do not know when they will bill my insurance so that I can get my pre-payment back. $275 for a chiropractor treatment is an outrageous rate compared to other chiropractors that I have seen (I have seen more than 10).
